Siena Creative Photo Awards 2021 – Commended in category animals/pets with the photo “moving through time and space”.
The beautiful Haflinger mare Indyana did it again! 😍 and for me it is the second entry in 2021 with a Haflinger picture in the shortlists. 

Why makes me this proud and happy? First of all, the concurrence is super strong, the displayed photos are amazing and to be picked among the 17 best animal pictures is a great honour. But participating with a horse breed, the Haflinger horse, which is so common and looked down at, this success makes me even happier. If you analyse the horse breeds used by professional horse photographers, you will find almost always the same 2-3 types of horses (which are flashy and beautyful and definitely great to photograph 🥰).

Doing the same with “fat, boring” Haflinger horses is a pleasure 😜
